As of 1985, practiced law in New York specializing in real estate, high value art, will, trust, estate, corporate and trademark matters. Defined a clear course of action for clients attaining short and long-term goals from a financial, tax and risk mitigation perspective.

Michael has exhibited a life-long commitment to social causes, through his support for the Chabad Lubavitch Youth Organization in New York, where he has maintained a longstanding business relationship with this global charitable organization, providing guidance as attorney and consultant.

Mr. Jaspan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance also from New York University, in addition to a Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University School of Law. Married of 36 years, and after residing primarily in New York for most of his career, is now sharing time between his New York and Miami residences.
